MTN and Samsung Rewards

Utterly pathetic service from Samsung Rewards and MTN! They say the app is in beta and only available to selected premium Samsung device, yet with a brand new Samsung s9 + the app is stuck in a "loading" loop! Samsung I want my R500 voucher and I want to claim my Gear fit 2 Pro MTN South Africa. Awaiting your response!
