MTN and Samsung Mapumalanga waiting for gift since lays november!

We upgraded on Black Friday in November and could choose a gift which we did a Tv, a lady by the name of Petunia helped us at Highbeld mall. We use to stay there but moved needless to say the phone arrived like 3 weeks late. Without the gift! After numberios calls and emails I took to social media were one lady is trying to help me but the problem is also with Samaung Mapumalanga . Beacause as I understand they work together on this. So it has been 4 months Samaung and no tv! The person who is trying to assist me is doing her best but this is false advertising nr 1 and MTN , my contract will be cancelled aswell as all our other contracts your bussness ethics is not up to standerd an we have been with you for nearly 11 years and this is how you treat your you customers. I hope to get a very fast respond by the end of this week or I will take this matter further! Melanie van Oudtshoor
