MTN and Samsung

I got an MTN upgrade a couple of months ago. I signed up for a new Samsung phone. The phone stopped charging after one week and I took it back. They sent it off and it has now been two months, without as much as a word. I don't know who is to blame MTN or Samsung, but this doesn't seem right.
