MTN and Rewasco are ********* and would do anything for profit

MTN SA is very useless. They exploiting people. They sending Rewasco to do their dirty job for them. I took a contract phone from MTN via Rewasco, they are useless and *********** like MTN.

We did the application telephonically and I even spoke to a useless female team leader and she reconfirmed everything and it was clear that I will pay R259 per month which we agreed on.

MTN delivered a phone with an extra sim card but the phone was no dual Sim. I asked Rewasco to cancel the extra Sim card, an agent with the name of Lisha said they can't, I rather cancel the whole contract.

I did so and currier the phone via postnet to Umhlanga as per Lisha's instructions. Amanda Confirmed to have received the device and they will send it to MTN so they will cancel the contract.

I went to MTN, the contract was canceled according to the lady I spoke to in Eastrand mall. Lisha from Rewasco said they will refund the money I paid to send the phone to them and some of the money they debited because it was more than the agreement.

Now I cannot stop getting calls from debt collectors such as SSDA and Brooks Luyt Attorneys. They are really harassing me, I can't even focus at work as I know they can call at any given minute or send a threatning message.

I am not free anyone, I can't even focus. This is very difficult for me. How can a big company such as MTN take advantage of people like this, is this how they make profit? I am very disappointed.

Lisha and Amanda from Rewasco really made me a full but because I was so desperate to help myself and get this sorted as if I was the one at wrong, they were so I considerate and ***********.

I regret the day I answered a call from the fly by night Rewasco it I do t blame them as it is MTN who chose them as their intermediary.
