MTN and Rewards.co *****ing customers

Hopeless isnt even the word to use. We start with Rewards co. They call you every month to sell you a contract. A lady called sold me a device on the call, when the device arrived wasnt the right device. I informed them and had to now myself take the device to morningside mtn store, which provided me with a IRMS number. Gave it to Rewards co. Now going on 4 months later they still taking money for that returned device. When you call MTN they say call Rewards co when you call Rewards co they say MTN handles the billing. Now retentions department wants to charge me cancelation fee and that's to close the contract that I dont even have nor do I have the device. MTN AND REWARDS CO IS MAKING MONEY AND IN A NICE WAY THEY DE*****ING US CAUSE YOU CANT GET YOUR MONEY BACK EVEN AFTER THEY MESSED UP THE DEVICE THEY SUPPOSE TO GIVE, So who do we as customers now turn to, to resolve this cause now they saying I must go back to the store I handed the device back too. The just giving us the run around cause they dont know what they doing. I WANT MY MONEY BACK MTN YOU *****
