MTN AND REWARDS CO.... WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

I bought a cellphone contract online with a company working as a sales agent for MTN. A Company called Rewards CO. Not only was i **** to by the sales agent who sold me the contract, but i was treated with so much disrespect when i called back and spoke to a retention's agent. Who then confirmed i was **** to. I was sold this phone under false pretenses. i went on to speak to her manager, who was of little help, when i wanted to speak to his direct supervisor, she obviously unavailable. Im so disappointed in MTN and the middle men agents they use... i waited weeks for the phone to arrive, upon receipt went to the store to try and activate the sim, consultant in the store told me i have to call the call center as the SIM was already activated....Called MTN and 6 people later i am stuck with a phone that i cant use... and have to use my own money to take it back to MTN and then call to cancel the contract... They were very happy to deliver the phone when they were going to get money from me... My experience proves that MTN really does not care about their customers and all the bad things we g through as far as their product is concerned... i will never make this mistake again
