MTN and Rewards co Badservice

Im very upset with MTN rewards co that called me on the 22/12/2022 by a person called Amanda Gwala employee no 10822 and asked how do i rate MTN service? I said im not happy with MTN because when the power goes out then i dont have any reception. She then said they wil send out a technician to fix the problem and that MTN wants to reward me for being a loyal customer with lowering my monthly payments on my existing contract from R1186 to R429 from januarie and also give me a laptop wit 20gig data and R40000 study voucher. It is now the 4th of januarie and i havent received any emails with my new contract on my laptop yet,i then called MTN and Rewards co but no one can pick up any such a call made to me but they can see Amanda is working at Rewards co. I want answers because there was a deal given to me that dont exists and i want the recording made on that day i can provide the time.
