MTN and R50

MTN after being a client of yours for almost 20 years you decided to suspend my account for being R50 short in payment. After numerous attempts to change my bank details for debit order payments I was forced to make EFT payments just so that I am not in arrears. Not receving invoices from you I make a standard payment. You can't even pretend that you provide even something that can be considered decent service but you would suspend my service over R50. If it was possible I would cancel all my contracts with you - something I am going to do as soon as my contracts come up for upgrade.
