MTN ***** and OTP failure

I have been handed over to lawyers by MTN as I have an outstanding balance of R19000,00, as a result of internal ***** caused by MTN. I was informed that two additional numbers are linked to my profile that do not have signed contracts, so how can MTN hand me over to lawyers if no contract exists. When I took out my existing contracts I told the person in Cradlestone MTN that I have an OTP, he said don’t worry and spoke in his home language to a guy by the counter with a computer. This guy provided him with a number that was the OTP I had received. How is this possible, am I not the only person that should receive this OTP. Since then I have received numerous OTP requests which I ignore. Obviously MTN has a serious flaw in their system, which is causing huge problems for their clients. I reported this problem to MTN ***** section two months ago and they stated that they would freeze the two numbers and withdraw the case at the lawyers. When I went to renew my contract I was told I cannot as I have this outstanding balance which was never part of the debit payment as per signed contract. I phoned ***** division again and they wanted to know if I had spoken to them before as the two numbers were blocked, I said I had that is why the numbers are blocked, they then asked me if I had submitted an affidavit and my ID to get MTN to investigate the *****. I told them that the person I spoke to never mentioned that I had to do the above. I then went and completed an affidavit and submitted it to MTN. I am waiting now for a response from MTN as I feel my integrity and good name has been tarnished by MTN for handling this matter without ever contacting me or having a signed contract in there hands. This is disgusting and poor customer communication. I hope the persons responsible are fired with immediate effect.
