MTN and OPPO sales consultant Tshepo de*****ing customers

I am so disgusted and disappointed with the service i received from MTN wonderpark in Pretoria. I went there explained that i needed to upgrade my contract and take another one for my son. The consultant told me to sign up for Oppo combo with two phone, that there is no need to have two contracts. Firstly she gives me one phone and tells me the other will be delivered to my address within 7 days, that was on the 6 August until today i have not received it. I called them to follow up hen they consultant tell me he did not say seven days he said they will deliver the gift in 30 days. He never told me it was a gift why would i agreed to a month gift delivery when i need the wanted the phone the same day for my son. they deceive people just to me sales knowing very well that we cannot cancel their contracts. This *****. I would never recommend anyone to sign up with them. WHAT A DISGRACE!!
