Mtn and old mutual Money Account

I bought airtime thorough Old mutual money account on the 31st of August of R180 and old mutual has been giving me the run around for my money to this date. They telling me MTN does not want to confirm my airtime was not loaded. Please assist me in confirming that the airtime was not loaded
