MTN and NUDEBT

I have been a client of MTN for 11ish years. Always paid my account, never skipped a payment. As soon as I canceled my contract in February 2024 the s..t started. I phoned (waiting and redialing 1000 times before even getting helped) asked for a SETTLEMENT AMOUNT to do an immediate cancelation of the contract. The representative gave me the amount. I paid it immediately and phoned again (again 1000 times before getting put through and helped). I did an immediate cancelation. Now receiving accounts that I am in arrears and then taking money from my account, which was not authorized by me. I have emailed and have ALL the references from the asked amount to all the accounts received that I queried and rep**** to. Nonetheless I got handed over to NUDEBT.... just as USELESS as MTN. I have also sent numerous emails to them regarding this and NO RESPONSE. EXCEPT FOR THREADS to go to the credit bureau. I am at wits end as I read all the negatives about mtn and nudebt. Never again will mtn see me as a client.
