MTN and new insurance claims company
<p>I have attached a document with emails I'm running behind these for a handset</p>
I have since claimed for insurance which was approved late last year. And was told to pay access of R350. Which I did after a long time of struggling financially. After I paid the access to their account, I was then told to pay additional R400, when I enquire about that nobody responds to my emails and I can not reach any one the telephone. I cannot pay money if I am not getting response related to my query from the company.
This is a new company hired by MTN to take care of insurance matters.
