Mtn and Mtn kolloande is just terrible

Mtn and Mtn store Kollonade,worst services ever. im al loyal client for over 20 years, had an lte contract, begining of november i went to store to find out about upgrades, they told me they cant help me,i have to wait till 26 nov when contract expires, went back yeaterday, app**** for a new contract, Jabulani assisted me, after a while he told me i must come back today to collect, i called them,he never even tried to call back, i called again only to hear thy are waiting for head office, i ask to let me know what is happening, his answer: i cant tell you when we will have answers from head office, so im without wifi due to no service from mtn. i dont think that is the way to treat loyal clients. i will never support mtn again. they dont want to help clients
