Mtn and Mtn insurance is a Nightmare!!!

I’ve had a nightmare with mtn insurance and mtn customer care. If you have a phone on contract please do yourselves a favour and NEVER insure with their insurance. If your replacement phone is ****** there is no way that they can help you to blacklist it. I have been busy with them for 3 weeks and they all just blame the other party! Stay far away or get your own insurance
