MTN and MTN insurance has poor service, never insure with them.

I have received such a poor service from MTN. I lost my phone almost a month ago. I was told i needed to pay access of 1700 to get it replaced which i have done so. I have been calling them from the 15th of December 2023 till today and i will wait for an hour on a call only to dropped by them when i am 1st on line. I reached them once and they said the phone will be delivered in 3 days, till today i am waiting.
