MTN and MTN cellphone insurance

This is the worse cellphone company and insurance ever. MTN let me down several times and always left me to resolve my own complaints. This time they failed to administer my updated contact number. The insurance refused to approve my cellphone claim and I'm again treated as if it was my fault.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND MTN AND THE INSURANCE TO ANYONE.

They are extremely talented in treating good paying customers like dog ****.
