Mtn and monitor administrators insurance complaint

I am unhappy with MTN, and their insurance company, monitor administrators, my claim was declined due to no usage, no usage with them means I didn't load airtime or made calls with that Sim card in that phone. I informed them I have 2 Sim cards with MTN I use the other number more than the other, I load airtime on the other number more. Can they not rather view received calls cause I receive calls instead more than making calls on the Sim and as the phone broke on Sunday, the last call I received was on Saturday. Which will prove Sim was active in the phone, but no instead their system only checks chargeable transactions, but how is that my fault cause what's important is phone has been in use with the Sim insured as per their requirements. I was given a number that I don't know that does not even exist and I'm told it appears as the number that was in my phone. ********** 599 doesn't exist, clearly their reverse usage information is incorrect.
