Mtn and mondo worst service providers

Order a home router on 27-28 June. Still waiting on delivery it's said that head office did not complete something on their end after I followed up yet I haven't received any further communication and the payment was made in June already almost a month yet nothing received. Am told Mondo sales agent will assist yet they also not communicating as well.

May I get a refund or delivery within this week this is worst service ever.
