Mtn and Mondo worst delivery online service!!!

I'm so disappointed with mtn and mondo this service has been the worst. First of all you guys approve me for a device and confirm delivery. I wait 10 days. Eventually I go into a mtn branch in the glen mall and get told I was declined. Are people doing **** sales now. This is unacceptable. And you guys cannot play with peoples emotions. Secondly I apply again for a mtn contract on the 27th of Jan 2022 which was approved. And I signed the contract this time and accepted the Debi check mandate. When I called mtn they tell me i need to call mondo. It's been 16 days since I was approved. I should've had my phone I see the debit order already on my bank, you guys are ready to take my money. But i have no phone. Today I call and mondo tells me there is no stock for the phone I was approved for. What the hell..why has no1 called me in the past 16 days to notify me. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I need someone to call me asap from mtn or mondo and sort this out please. I've never been so disappointed by a service provider before.
