MTN and Mondo should get their act together

MTN and mondo are giving me a serious run around. I took a data SIM card which I app**** online. The Indian guy from Mondo told me the SIM card can work on any router. After getting the SIM it didn't work on my router. I called MTN n they told me I need to buy a router which was going to cost around R2000. I decided to cancel the contract and I was told they won't charge me cold it's within the cooling of period. End of the Month money was deducted from my account. A sum of R1049. I called Mondo n I was told money was not supposed to be deducted and I'm supposed to call MTN. I called MTN and the MTN people told me to call mondo because I took the contract from them. When I called Mondo they told me they offline. Which is not the first time they say that when I call. I need to get this stopped cause it's the 2nd time money is deducted and I had to reverse it I'm sick n tired of this
