MTN and Mondo Service DISASTER - ***** x 2!

I am an MTN customer of well over 20 years... MTN apparently work with RewardsCo (Mondo) to sell contracts. To my astonishment, two contracts have been added to my profile over the last month (very expensive ones) without my permission and by total strangers. Upon attempting to refer this ***** to MTN, I was passed on to Mondo (RewardsCo). When I spoke to their agent and explained the *****, I was cut off twice. I am now unable to get through to anyone at Mondo (RewardsCo). What an absolute useless bunch these two are... I literally have had ***** committed on my account and NOBODY will sort it out. MTN you should be ashamed of the service I received today. Like I said, 20 years of taking my money and this is the service I get..?
