Mtn and Mondo Poor service

I have app**** for the dat plan contract and requested that i dnt want a new number because am already MTN customer ,my request was they must just change my prepaid number to contract which they didn't and now they dnt want me to cancel they said i must use the number cos if i cancel am liable for cancellation feel
