MTN and Mondo - ineffective collaboration

Worst service ever. Its been 5 months since I initiated the cancellation of my MTN upgrade and I am yet to have it cancelled. I keep getting tossed around with Mondo and MTN, where they are placing the blame on each other. No one is taking accountability to have it cancelled on the system. Extremely disappointed and frustrated to be treated like this.
