MTN and Mondo in partnership when selling but there is no Partnership nor Communication when its time to SERVICES the customer.... You WILL BE GIVEN THE RUN AROUND

2020 July I was offered an MTN contract by Mondo, during the sales pitch I was Promised 20GB anytime and 20GB night data.. I accepted it because they said unused data is carried over to the next month. I received my sim and router a week later but it was a mission to have the Sim Rica registered even though the courier guy left with my documents I had to call DSV (courier company), Mondo and MTN to try and get the sim registered and activated but I kept on being sent from Pillar to post, only days later it was sorted out. I received 20gb anytime and 20gb night data for only two months and after that they started sending me half of what was promised. When I communicated with MTN via Social media, they said I should get only 10GB anytime and 10GB night data which was in contravention of what the Mondo agent had informed me. I then requested the Voice recording of the whole sales pitch up to the agreement a week later I still wait.

31 December 2020 I went into MTN South Coast Mall where Andile informed me that the matter will be escalated and he issued me a Ref number and advised that I should phone 135 on Monday for feedback. The feedback I received from Lerato Chauke as per the response on ENQUIRY with Ref no. *** was "where is the contract/agreement?", knowing very well that they have not given me an opportunity to Listen to the recording, let alone give me a copy; they asked me where is the agreement? Why is MTN not Liaising with Mondo to ensure my query is resolved timeously instead they give me the run around. If a CUSTOMER is anyone who pays for GOODS and a SERVICE, I and getting half the product I was promised and there is no real service when I have to phone 5 times in one day and spend 139minutes accross all calls trying to get what I was promised yet they ask me to wait. They are sitting with my money because they never fail to debit but mina Dololo product
