Mtn and Mondo deals a ****

Mtn is a **** I took a contract in January that I immediately noticed that had a lot of issues from the connectivity of the router to the data that was allocated 10gb short, contact them during the cooling of period they said I need to bring the divce in to an mtn shop eventually after fighting with them over the phone they collected it, they are now giving me excuses about cancellation while they are still debiting my account monthly, I’ve tried everything and calling doesn’t work. I will now have to contact ombudsman because mtn and Mondo are playing me
