MTN and Mondo contract ****

I got a phone on contract with them online, the advert had 2 gadgets that were supposed to come with the phone but they never arrived. I kept receiving messages that my order has been placed with references after receiving my phone(showing that these were for the outstanding gadgets. Last message was in January 2021 and I got the phone in September 2020. I've been given run arounds, told that Huawei should be the one giving me the gadgets. Huawei saying MTN is the one I have a contract with. I them decided to email MONDO as they're the ones who delivered for MTN and they said my claim has been rejected because no consultant told me that I would get the gadgets, but the advert clearly stated that I would get those gadgets if I ordered online, which I did and I still have a picture of that offer. I'm so angry right now because it's been over a year and they haven't given me my headphones and speaker but I'm still paying the same amount every month. The least they can do is decrease the amount I'm paying monthly because I know for a fact that I'm paying for those gadgets. MTN and Mondo are ****** because I keep getting the same message from both of them every time I communicate with them. I don't even know what to do anymore.
