MTN and Mondo combination sucks!

MTN and Mondo Combination sucks!! I regret why I agreed to take the MTN mondo data deal!!! I received the sim on the 8th of October 2021. It’s just useless..nothing works! I desperately want to cancel it. Mondo said I’m off the cooling period and should contact MTN. I did and got a reference number. I have been on the line for an hour listening to an annoying song waiting to get through to contract cancellation department. I have been with MTN for 12 years and have never received such poor service! MTN and mondo combination is just bad news!
