Mtn and mondo caused huge problems for me.

Shocking service as usual. My contact was canceled in error due to miscommunication between MTN AND MONDO!!! Now I have tried for 2 days to reinstate my contract and I have been shoved from pillar to post with no help what so ever but they will quickly claim a cancelation fee....even though I DID NOT REQUEST A CANCELATION of second contract. wish someone could help me I'm so desperate but so fed up to. This will be my last contract with mtn after over 12 years with them. Never ever again. And never go through mondo either that's where this all started.
