Mtn and Mondo

MTN & Their MONDO BATHONG....... I received a call from Mondo early October 2022 offering me a data plan which worked out alot cheaper to the one I'm currently using, I saw an opportunity to save a bit of money and agreed to try the mtn deal out. I was told they will only start debting my account if and only if I'm happy with how the rooter works. Received my rooter the 28th of October 2022 on a Friday plugged the rooter and it kept telling there's no internet on all devices I tried connecting to. This went on the whole weekend, give mtn serveral calls to check what was the matter and I've NEVER received help one of their consultants even suggested to me that i do a sim swap, on a new never been used simcard. On the 1st of November I called into Mondo requesting a pick up for the rooter, after mtn told me they can't pick up the rooter as they are not the ones that offered me this contract. And mondo as suggested I can take the rooter back to one of there store so I tries to take it to their store in festival mall only to get there and doors were closed every was on lunch, went to their Jabulani mall store and I was told they don't expect returns I'd have to take to their Sandton store. To date I still wait to this rooter to be picked up yet mtn keeps Sending me emails to say I owe them R3299.77 and they keep debating my account for a service I don't. Can MTN just stop this nonsense and Mondo come take your rooter tu yeses maan
