MTN AND MONDO BAD SERVICE

had contract that has lapsed and due to renewal. A lady called me from MONDO disguising that she is calling from MTN and sold me a data contract in pretense that whenever i decide to renew contract that will be linked and i dont have to apply for separate upgrade. only to find out that is false and i did lodge a complain to sought cancellation. after so many calls MONDO did an investigation after listening to sale tape and conceded that i was wrongly advised and i do hav a recourse on the matter. Again after back and forth calls and unanswered mails to MTN an MONDO they managed to cancel the contract and penalize me for early cancellation of a null and void contract and put me on prepaid meaning cancelling my upgrade opportunity with mtn. im very upset and i dont know why MTN do this to clients by outsourcing sales with Mondo.. Service is bad and unhappy with the treatment.
