Mtn and Mondo at it again, I am so sick and tired of this

Stay away from MTN contracts. My data contract came to an end I called them to cancel. Which I was convinced to upgrade instead which I agreed to upgrade to an iPhone instead of a data deal, but now they keep sending me data billing me for data that i am it even using since I have upgraded. to make matters worse, i never even got my iPhone, they just keep billing my account. When I call them I keep being sent around between Mondo call center and MTN contracts call center and no one wants to accept that I have canceled the data contract for an iphone upgrade. All the more reasons we should just move to Telkom but honestly they are the best at the moment.
