Mtn and Mondo are *********** in resolving queries

I called in 2022 to dispute the amount (R924.56) I was charged by MTN on 1 August 2022, and I was advised that I would be reimbursed as well as paid for earbuds and a phone cover that I was told would accompany the phone. This was after an investigation occured.

However further from 30 August till now I am charged R411.55 which is not the monthly instalment I signed up!

I was asked to attach my proof of account on the last call on 19 October 2022 but till now no refund and my monthly installment remains incorrect!
