Mtn and Mondo are failed entities with no customer support.

I am regretting myself because i have got contract with mtn and done with the help of mondo. But now i am submitted the cancellation request in May 2022 and struggling to get an outcome. When i tried to contact them both, just get their own different stories. Looks like there is no communication between them. Even today i contacted mondo, just got rep**** with a routine story of escalation to superior but no clear answer like time frame to finalize. It's keep on proving that mtn and Mondo are just failed entities.
