MTN and Mondo - a despicable combination

I just got this email from MTN

"Y'ello!

We're just checking in to remind you that you'll need to make an MTN cash payment of R 1009.5 on %Payment_Due-Date%, using the reference number [=Mobile_Number].

Have a great day!"

What a joke, "have a great day"! I owe them nothing, but this amount continues to escalate monthly, I am not getting any services in return though!

If anyone hears me, Mondo spells nothing but trouble, Even the one star rating I was forced to choose is too good to describe them. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES repeat DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.!!!!!
