Mtn and Mondo

Mtn and mondo I'm very disappointed, it's almost 2 months since I have been waiting for your intervention with regard to Donaven Pillay who deceived me with the wrong product over the telephone. The funny part is that you have listened to the telphone recording , I have returned the items but you still deducting my money for the past 2 months. Kindly explain why is that so? Donaven Pillay please fix the mess you have put me through.
