MTN and Mondo **** **** ****!!!

I app**** for an iPhone 13 pro last year around October 2022. MTN n Mondo gave me a wrong phone the courier refused to take the phone back to MTN/Mondo ,was told to call Mondo/MTN and report. I phoned Mondo they sent DSV for collection of the device and was told my contract will be cancelled but they didn’t, their first debit order went through in November, 2nd debit in December, 3rd debit in January,and 4th debit in March 2023, I called Mondo n MTN several times about my refund since the beginning of December 2022, they kept on saying i must call them after 14 working days when call nothing has been done … I want my money back!!
