MTN AND MONDO

hi its been months now with trying to resolve the problem with mondo and mtn been sending emails left right and Centre and no answer

mondo wants me to pay for a Sim card that was not delivered with the handset, ive been to numerous Mtn stores and they are unable to assist. im sitting with a contract that im paying and no sim card
