Mtn and Mondo

I recently app**** for a contract with Mtn via Mondo. My application went through successfully and according to mondo there was stock of the device available so I then waited for further response from either mondo or Mtn but no response so I contacted Mtn and the agent tells me that my application is successful and i didn’t get a response because there’s isn’t stock of the device so I asked her how is that possible and when will stock be available she tells me she’s not sure and that I should contact mondo so I do that immediately and the agent at mondo tells me that my application is cancelled because there isn’t stock of the device but when the first agent spoke to me she told me that there is stock,mondo tells me to go to an Mtn branch and see which branch has stock on the system because mondo has no stock at all

Absolutely poor services from Mtn and mondo
