Mtn and mondo

Cesara Singh was very helpful with logging an investigation.I was told that I upgraded my contract in May 2022,even though I asked them not to. They went ahead and did it anyway. Since then,my dr order has been increasing. Now I owe money for a contract but no new phone came my way! Hope to get answers soon. Please check everything and because all conversations are recorded. Too much ***** going on! Very disappointed with MTN
