MTN and Mondo

An agent from Mondo called me regarding a promotion they were having on a wifi package. The terms & conditions were that if I was not happy with the router & deal, that I had to terminate this in 7 days, which I did. Returned the router to MTN in Menlyn & was told it was cancelled. However my account is still being debited since March!!! I have spoken to countless Mondo agents that tell me the same story, they are waiting for the RMA number - SINCE MARCH?!?!? As a result I am being billed for a router I don't have or make use of & neither MTN or Mondo are responding to my request. I have gone into MTN Menlyn once again where MTN is throwing their hands up & saying there is nothing they can do. As a result I will be cancelling my MTN contract & moving across to Vodacom.

If I can give anyone any advice, if Mondo calls you with an amazing deal, save yourself a lot of money & frustration - DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH MONDO!!!!!!
