Mtn and Mobile Plus

My husband received a call regarding his contracts. He has two. I handle all business and it was agreed to upgrade with new handset a Samsung galaxy phone. We never received any handset. I phoned mtn direct to enquire about bad service and was told, it is a company Mobile Plus that are handling new handsets and I need to contact them direct. I contacted them and was told the handset was return to sender. I said we never received any handset and this is unacceptable service. I am totally disgusted. I would not recommend anyone doing business with them. We are always at home because of a handicap adult child.
