MTN and MBD demand money from my deceased mother

My mother passed away in August and due to religious purposes I had to pay off all my mum's debt which I done with MTN. They still decided to had over my deceased mother to MBD who started sending me letters of demand but addressing the letter to my mother and in brackets (deceased).

Im sure this is a new and I'm sure fully ******* way to get more money out of grieving families.

They keep calling my emotionally unstable father who keeps telling them that my mother has passed on but they phone everyday. I called them to ask them what can I do to prevent these calls as it's affecting my father so they said I should send the death certificate which I did. Then this week my dad calls me crying over the phone that he can't take it anymore and goes on to say that MBD called again. So I called and spoke to the team leader who assured me that she will sort this issue out but then a few moments later I get a letter of demand.

I am disgusted with MTN first of all who handed a deceased person who's account was fully paid for BY ME to a company that has such a bad reputation for being soo unprofessional and having such bad ethics and *********** staff. I am also disgusted that MTN would degrade my mother's name when she always paid her accounts and to hand her over after her demise, how disgusting.

I will not lay this to rest, I will be contacting every news paper, radio station, TV shows... Whoever I can to make this go public so people can hear my story.
