MTN and Mandla Mjobo ***** money and after 5 months no refund

What a shame of a company. Never replies. You phone call center then can never get through to their business department. ********ly deduct from your account and now taking more than 5 months to refund my money ****** from this public company. I do not get any answers nor any feedback. Mandla Mjobo also does not respond. Email him every day. Does not pick up his phone. Send me a SMS that he will phone back but never does. Absolutely pathetic service!!
