MTN and Just Answer *****

I have been trying to cancel my contract for the last 7 months. Although the contract has ended, they still debiting my bank account. I have never had an MTN sim card or number. You call the help line, and it is a machine which does not give you an option to cancel. I tried online and was conned by MTN to pay R15 to Just Answer which is refundable. They couldn't assist me either and then deducted another R650 from my account. This is disgusting.
