MTN and its third party ****s

‼️‼️PLEASE HELP

MTN allows third parties to falsely act as MTN and migrate to other contracts with false promises

I was promised that my monthly premium will remain the same, but it doubled!!

I have phoned and get transferred from one department to another with no assistance

‼️‼️

i have requested that they listen to voice recordings, but get brushed off to yet another department

What am i supposed to do?
