MTN AND ITS PROMISES

Good Morning, To Whom It May Concern I would like to lodge a complaint against MTN/MTEL. I took out two cell phone contracts which came from MTN. I was promised a data bundle on both contracts. The one number did receive the data bundle but not the other. I have been calling MTN for the last month trying to get the issue resolved. All they do is pass me on from one person to the next. I have received reference number after reference number. I am now done. I want both cell phone contracts cancelled and I will rather go back to Vodacom.

I even had my own number ported from Vodacom to the MTN number (082) which I now regret because that was also brilliant service from the branch in East Rand Mall

*** – 9.1.2020 I have spent my own money on all these phone calls and have been loading data on my number at my own expense. I want nothing to do with MTN. I contacted them again today and spoke to a lady called Lindi Ntuli and they are re directing me again. Please be so kind as to come back to me with a resolution Very disgusted experience Cancel my contracts. I'M DONE WITH MTN
