MTN and its insurance company Guardrisk are a ****

How can you tell me that as a claim holder I need to prevent loss or damage when my device is taken at my own home. What does this company ever cover, when I got retrenched they did not cover for that. This Guardrisk and MTn is a ****, for over 2 years I have been paying my insurance every month and it is my first time claiming.

How can you tell a customer that it is your fault that your device was taken at your own home and to add to that they cancel your claim without my knowledge?

GuardRisk and MTN have no backbone nor is it trustworthy, this so-called organisation is NOTHING BUT A ****.

I am not paying MTn a cent until my claim is resolved.
