Mtn and it's incompetence and false advertising!

Mtn is terrible! I've been waiting for my paid up letter. My account was not handed over, I just wanted to close it to have my credit score improved, this was after I was being debited an amount that was not agreed upon for a home router. I kept asking for the recording to prove what I was sold. You are sent from pillar to post or the line just goes dead. Their legal doesn't even have a direct line!!
