MTN and it's incompetence

I am very unhappy with the way MTN has been handling our account. There's no sense of urgency and it is always the same excuse every damn day "Let me just check what's happening and I will call you back". They never call me back, I always have to call them back. I've truly had it because it's almost been a week and nobody knows how to clear the error. It's funny how when we owe them they're quick to disconnect your line but it's them that owe you it's a totally different story. I can't upgrade because someone in the retention department isn't fixing our account.

If you are looking to get a contract or purchase a new device, please DO NOT CHOOSE MTN. Rather choose the other service providers because these ones do not understand customer care. They will take you from post to pillar for days on end without actually solving your query.
